Lately, I have this weird mood of wanting to watch animes? And read mangas?

I've recently finished few anime that I left since last year at bay....And I have read 5+ mangas at this point :0

As a 90's kid (Literally no context whatever) we grew up with animes in tv channels. And, obviously, we watched them. However for me, I spent my entire primary school going to tuition classes on weekends, and mengaji and tuition classes again of weekdays. No time.

That's why I grew up restless and feel weird not having anything to do.

And as high school went, I was fucking dumb, so I went from to tuition centers to just home tuition every week. And then college came, if I'm not stress over events, or assignments, or keeping my grades up, I spend doing my hobbies. Hence, I have time.

Which are quite bad, since, my hobbies revolves around being an introvert and sitting down.

Reading, writing, drawing, watch movies/drama yeah okay.

And I really enjoy watching anime.

But here's the thing, I kinda picky with the art.

So, I have this vast, weird, non-labeling list of animes that I enjoy.

And, hah, I promised this post since last year so bare with me, I've realized I have several animes I enjoyed. But, I just gonna list down the ones I remember enjoying.

Let's go~~

Joker Game

ESPIONAGE. SPY. WAR.

I watched it out of boredom.

And I finished it in a day.

It's not addicting, it's more to....beguiling?

It's an anime about spies that were sent around the world and the first episode opens with all of these spies during their training days and then, in episode two, you cannot detect any of them and you ended up not having a favourite character. But, that's the point.

They're SPIES. They're nobody to the watchers too.

Immaculate. Each episode opens to new atmosphere and you will be rooting to the spy.

Psycho-pass - Only Season 1 and the movie I claim

If you ever consider writing a critical analysis essay on an anime, write about Psycho-Pass.

It's the most cerebral-esque anime and one that when you watch makes you think how are you as a human and as a society.

The villain is such a complex character and you will sympathize with him.

And Kogami Shinya is hot :D

Kyukai no Kanata

I recently re-watched the movie.... I cried.

Literally about a girl-blood-warrior who is also cute trying to kill this boy-who-can-see-yukai and they have bunch of weird friends facing their own problems whom all happen to be in the same club in school.

This anime is purely for soft people who love short anime.

Ore Monogatari!!!

PURE.

I read the manga first before I watched the anime.

One of the cutest anime I've watched. I was so soft for the characters. It teaches so much self love and friendship. And Takeo is the purest human being I love my son.

One Punch Man

Okay, I didn't watch this for the plot, obviously.

But its so FUNNY and have this positive energy and its a good anime to watch after a tiring day of school.

DAMN.GOOD.

I'm so glad I watched it. Still haven't watch the Netflix live action though. The plot is interesting and done SO WELL. 

Highly recommend if you love mystery.

Black Butler

I enjoyed the first season SO MUCH. I don't claim the second season

No offence, but Sebastian IS hot And the Victorian Era atmosphere makes the anime more creepy but charming. Season 1 blew me away with its plot and direction and I enjoyed this show thoroughly.

Kimi no Todoke

You can critique this anime BUT you cannot the deny this anime have one of the best live action ever made. Also, we all can agree that Kazaheya is THE MAN we all want to meet during high school because he's the most PERFECT.

Although slow, Kimi ni Todoke is one of the anime that reminds you of high school days. One of the toughest relationship to ever brought out. I believe, it is the most realistic.

Wotaku Ni Koi Wa Muzukashii

This the dumbest anime I've watched and I enjoyed it.

I think for truly enjoy it, you need AT LEAST a midge of knowledge of Otaku culture. I don't think some people will like it if they don't know about the Otaku culture.

It's funny yes, yet the relationship is very realistic and very understandable.

Mahoutsukai No Yome

The art. The want to retell Beauty and The Beast but making sure the beast remains a beast. I AM SOLDDDD.

Literally, this anime is the most beautiful anime I've ever watch. The colour, the magic. THE CHARACTERS.

Elias and Chise's relationship are pragmatic. They both learn and teach each other and it makes so endearing.

*aggressively waiting for the next volume to comes out* 

GIMME MY MANGAAAA

Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun

This anime have the most densest characters in the history of manga and animation and I would like to punch all of them in the face but I want all of them to be happy too.

The whole purpose of this story even exist was to make fun of shoujo mangas and it does it so well. The whole concept of this show are hilarious. 

  I personally relate to Nozaki at being earnest at my art. Gosh, when will ALL my ships in this story progress??!!!

Okay, time about to get seriousss:

Koe No Katachi

This. THIS.

I remember reading the manga late at night and finished on the same night. I've never cried so a hard.

And I appreciate it that they made it into a movie instead of episodes because I don't think I could face it watching it as an episode.

Koe No Katachi WILL hurt you, anger you, you WILL cry because how raw and real the story is. I just love their whole story to be honest, thinking about this show still breaks and also cure my heart.

Free!!: Iwatobi Swim Club

Fun-fact: I used to swim regularly.

And it was natural for me to start watching Free!!

I have this thing where I enjoy sport animes even when I don't do sport.

This anime just recently came out with season 3 and I never been more excited!!

 Friendship, Makoto Tachibana, pool, cute boys with different colored hair, chlorine, back muscles. Free!! have it all.

Free!! for me, is familiarity. I know how calm is to be floating on water. How your nerves calm when the chlorine hit your nose. How heavy your chest is after few laps.

I love Free!! because among all the sport anime, this is the sport where I feel something.

HAIKYUU!!

MY BABIESSSSS.

Me before Haikyuu!!: ...What is volleyball?

Me after Haikyuu!!: DON'T MIND DON'T MIND! Chance BALL!!

At this point, my volleyball knowledge is top notch.

My second favourite anime. I laughed, I scoffed, I cried watching these Karasuno boys trying to pick up the fame that once their team had while still maintaining their compassion and passion for volleyball. EVERY characters is given significance and EVERY team have their own story

...it makes 10x harder to support Karasuno when you know their rivals' backgrounds.....

A story about friendships, rivalry and love for sports.

OURAN HIGH SCHOOL HOST CLUB.

If you want me to label as a otaku, I AM an otaku for OHSHC.

I KNOW it's super trashy but it's SO GOOD.

I don't bother to have a DVD but I have a DVD for this anime okay.

My first anime crush was none other than Takashi Morinozuka

Heck, the reason I learned to draw as kid was to DRAW Takashi.

 

i ... refuse to draw him now...because....he perfect....

The show is a satire of romance anime and until now, I would still laugh watching it. I'm still PISSED that there's no season 2 and I refused to back off that I finished the whole manga in one night one time :))))
